The climate appears to be changing. The ocean's temperature is rising and the polar ice caps are melting and breaking off. And the weather patterns seem to be changing. I wish the U.S. would take a more proactive approach to changing things for the better. Europe and some other South American countries have but we're too hung up on oil here
